Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is for up to 5 people on one floor, with every feature and no card needed, for as long as you like. When you outgrow it, upgrade from your account page and your office, floors and people all come with you.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone you invite takes a seat, including invitations not yet accepted. Guests who come in on a one-time guest link do not.
Can I change the number of seats later?
Yes, any time from your account page. Adding seats is charged for the rest of the month; removing them reduces your next invoice.
What happens if my team outgrows my plan?
Move up a plan from your account page. Your office, floors and people all come with you, and the price difference is prorated.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in your account and you will not be charged again. Your office closes at the end of the period you have paid for.
